Kansas Corporate Welfare Stays Winning

Call it tax relief or simply the ghost of Guv Brownback still haunting Topeka . . . Either way, supply-side economics still looks good on paper for politicos distracting constituents with fear of socialism whilst handing corporate patrons EPIC benefits.
