“Charter schools prepare kids for college” hmmmmm, isn’t that what all high schools are supposed to do.

Kcps doesnt understand that’s what they’re supposed to do, all they’re interested in is getting high numbers of kids out the door so they can keep the government gravy train rolling.

The Dept Of Education determines what student goes to prison by 4th grade testing. The bureaucrats just shooting for the stars and bars.
