A 21-year-old man is charged in the fatal shooting of an Overland Park, Kansas, teenager in January.Ben Workman, 17, was killed in an apartment near 80th and Farley streets Jan. 23.A witness told police two men fled the scene. Alan Hicks is charged with murder and robbery.Investigators believe Workman may have known Hicks.

Police told FOX4 the suspect, who turned out to be a neighbor, will likely face property crime charges.
