KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) - A Kansas City man has been charged in connection with a shooting from October 2017. The victim has been identified as 55-year-old Harlon K. Dunbar of Kansas City, Missouri. Dunbar was found dead in the middle of Seventh Street near Lykins Square.

Kansas City police are looking for a person of interest in a homicide last Tuesday.Police said they would like to talk with Timothy Fernandez, 41, in connection with a homicide the happened early in the morning Tuesday in the 1700 block of Grand Boulevard.Authorities said Fernandez should be considered armed and dangerous.Police said that anyone who sees Fernandez should call 911 immediately.
