TRANSIT PETITION ACTIVIST CLAY CHASTAIN CLAIMS HE CAN WIN NO MONEY KANSAS CITY MAYORAL CAMPAIGN!!!

A hopeful missive that might not understand that cash runs politics in Kansas City . . .

Clay is not the "Cash King," but is the Idea King in his grassroots campaign for mayor

Evidently, Attorney's Lucas and Miller are ahead of all other mayoral candidates in the corrupting contest to raise money from mostly those trying to buy influence. You know the usual corrupting suspects...wealthy developers, powerful law firms, big constructions firms and unions, etc. "Those," will not influence Clay's administration because he is not accepting their money nor seeking their endorsements. Nevertheless, Clay can still win because he is the only candidate with the willingness and capability to reduce violent crime, address infrastructure and neighborhood improvements the people care about and initiate bold innovative ideas to move our City forward like never before.

Here are three more reasons Clay can win the race for mayor without money, without endorsements and without kissing up to the Fake News Kansas City Star:

#1. Clay is a sensible, sincere and problem-solving engineer, not another clueless wealthy attorney with connections.

#2. Clay is an outsider (but with long-time direct connections to Kansas City) who possesses the strength of character and tenacity to stand up to the corporate developers, insiders and special interest that control City Hall.

#3. Clay has demonstrated his loyalty to helping improve Kansas City over the years (without pay) more than all the other mayoral candidates combined.

For years, Sly and City Hall left the people drowning in crime and decay in favor of glitzy tax-abated projects. And now this secretive and manipulative government is trying to rush upon the community a misrepresented multi-billion new glitzy airport when renovating KCI, using the "ALT 30" plan, is the superior option.

Clay is ready to come to the rescue.

I'm not Sly. My name is Clay. And I won't leave you when I'm mayor.

How can he win if he lives in Virginia? Isn't that voter fraud. Clay is risking a lot for this run. I guess that takes courage.

  4. It shouldn't take a lot of money to put the best person into office. If a person is the perfect one to be elected to a position why should they have to spend thousands convincing you so?

  12. All a successful candidate has to do is promise to clear the streets in the winter, fix the potholes in the summer, and stop diverting all of KC's revenue to toot toots, apartments for millennials, and surplus hotels.

    How difficult is that?

  13. Kraft, 77, allegedly spent 11 minutes with a masseuse who greeted him with a hug, fondled him “and then put her head down by” his crotch the morning of Jan. 20, the same day as the AFC Championship game.

Afterward, the woman helped Kraft get dressed and hugged him again, to which he responded by handing her a $100 bill and “at least one other unidentifiable bill,” court papers say.

Kraft allegedly left the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida, at 11:13 a.m., hopped into a waiting, blue 2015 Bentley and made his way to Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, where he watched the Pats score an overtime win against the Chiefs, 37-31.

  16. Nobody challenged Sly James when he ran for Mayor, and he didn't rent the unoccupied Apartment he lists as an address until after he was elected. Chastain owns a home here in which he resides for more than half of each year, so bring your challenges on - and we'll have a residence check on each and every Candidate!

You're going to be surprised how many "front runners" live on the wrong side of a State line.

  17. Gosh clay is kind of crazy with all his transit initiatives (gondolas!) but he’s a civic minded dude I guess.

You all are crazy if you’re giving him any shot at winning though.

    Thanks,
    Radish
