  4. This has become very very very very dangerous to work there for employees. Will OSHA be involved? Has asbestos been taken care of as it’s very very very very awful when it’s wet.
    What does experience does Frank White have to prove he can do this?
    Is he learning on the job (training)?
    Can Frank show the public how his mortgage payments are going?
    What is Franks personal budget and how does that personal accounting affect how well he can manage big big big big bills of the City and Jail?
    Finally... the Royals sure must miss Franks business acumen.
