Greater Kansas City Suffers Car Crime Spike

A glimpse of more grand auto & petty theft against locals just trying to get work . . . Here's an update that bodes well for both suburbanite, hipster and urban core denizen as the local war against drivers continues:

JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. - Think about what's in your car right now. Your wallet? Purse? Checkbook? Maybe a work-issued phone? Do you take that all with you when you run into the store, or drop off your kids at school?

  5. ^^^ Yup especially in Midtown. Been fine for me. Leave my phone in their and even my laptop right out in the open. Always there the next morning.

  6. I say no police report for any theft from car left unlocked. No report for stolen cars with the keys left in the car or in the ignition. You can't fix stupid, but can get it's attention.
