    Do you remember last year when the city paid 100 grand to a family when their daughter was murdered? The city had nothing to do with it but they paid them anyway.

    9:16.... he went to KMBC- a "news channel". The city told them both to pound sand. They won't pay, its like trying to get blood from a turnip.
