  5. Lawrence has way more homosexuals per capita than San Francisco. Lawrence is over 90% lgbt. I know hot chicks there that can’t get fucked enough so they have to come to Kansas City just to get fucked.

  6. With all the issues facing Kansas, it's an amazingly inappropriate demonstration of virtue signaling that time is going to be spent on something like this.
Did you know that THIS might happen and THAT might happen and that only more laws can prevent behaviors that these folks find offensive?
Trying to kill a fly with a sledge hammer.
    And lots of unintended consequences.
Fund the schools, fix child services, get a handle on the tax system, maintain the roads, address the retirement system...do your jobs!

  7. They can pass this bill and it won't mean anything, you can't force someone to accept their lifestyle. Just like they have the right to not serve anyone who wears a MEGA hat in their place. It goes both ways and they are wasting their time.

  8. @ 6:29 +++++++1 million! There are laws already on the books about discrimination, enforce them. Quit focusing on this issue. The US Constitution gives every person in the US, citizen or illegal or LGBT rights. There is no need for this action and I fear it will only divide us not unite us. Giving this vocal minority a stronger voice than anyone else will only create more anger against them. You are trying to take away anyone else's right to make decisions on their own. Everyone has prejudices, it is normal. You can't legislate it away.

  9. The bill is dead on arrival without at least two changes. First, it has to provide that the allegedly discriminatory action was taken solely because of LGBT etc. status. That will prevent unqualified job applicants and poor workers from getting preferred treatment only due to their sexual preference. Second, regardless of qualifications or job performance, there has to be an exemption for religious employers with genuine religious objections to homosexuality.

Won't happen though. Getting preferred treatment and running roughshod over established religion is what the bill's sponsors are after. That, and attorneys fees of course.
