Southwest says work continues 'in good faith' with Edgemoor
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Southwest airlines remains committed to negotiations with Edgemoor for the new terminal at KCI, according to a spokesman for the company. The response came after reached out to rejected bidders AECOM and Burns & McDonnell for updated proposals.
Remember all the media outlets, kc star columns, KCUR pushing this airport? Well, this entire debacle once again reinforces how terrible our local media is and how they do not want what is best for this city and aren't even smart enough to know what would be good for the city.

ReplyDeleteMayor SLie, the KCMO Aviation Department, the media and the clowncil have miserably failed on the airport project. The irresponsible media by blowing smoke, not challenging the whole process for information and just regurgitating the clowncil narrative.

Way past time to start remodeling the existing airport. it serves the people and airlines very well. The planned obsolescence of the current airport by the city is showing.
