KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Emergency crews pulled an unresponsive woman from a car after it crashed through a fence into an Olathe pond Thursday morning. Before 10:30 a.m., crews were sent to the intersection of College Boulevard and Lone Elm Road on a crash and water rescue.
My bet is a phone was the culprit.
