Kansas City Star Propaganda Hypes Artsy 'Open Spaces' Despite Attendance FAIL

One concert was nearly empty, another had a few more attendees pushed to the front . . . The artsy exhibits were disseminated around town and mostly unnoticed despite so much sponsored hype.

City Hall insiders promise that this show will never happen again after $500K of neighborhood money was initially wasted on the series of events that will ultimately cost KCMO taxpayers more than a million bucks to make up.

Nevertheless, the newspaper continues to hype the event because the "curator" is classy and took $250K for his trouble but made local cowtowners feel important.
