  1. One of the better editorial comments.. fair.
    Worst?
Easily MELINDA HENNEBERGER of the Star.
Hostile to the Catholic boys who did nothing wrong- she fails to put 100% of the blame on the media and the Black Hebrew Israelites- making her just as responsible and owing the kids an apology.
She is part of the sewage and gutter that is causing papers to bleed readers.
She is like the village idiot that doesn’t know she is an idiot.

  2. At least KMBC is trying to be fair. Most others in KC seek to pile on.

  4. Sadly, mean spirited, uninformed, and gullible local radio talk show hosts (Dana Wright and others),d list celebrities desperate for attention and biased media types were quick to use their platforms to criticize kids without bothering to find out the facts. Shame on them.

  5. I'm going to laugh when some of these people and their employers get sued for maliciously spreading falsehoods about those kids.

  6. 9:56, her opinion columns are full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

  7. Those kids were on a field trip, not there for the protest. Let that be a warning for school trip schedulers. Like showing up at Disney Land on gay day with your children.
