ReplyDeleteRegarding H&R block downtown presence (which rec'd every break including a state tif) the company is shedding jobs but to prevent clawback penalties is shifting jobs from its service center on Bruce Watkins to the mother ship in the Power n light district (where we witness the wisdom of borrowing 300 million to make a drinking district).
