For anyone who agrees that these "Special Tax Districts should only exist as the result of a City-wide vote, there are two steps to take...

1) BOYCOTT - simply do not but ANYTHING within one of these Districts, but be sure to visit the Stores within the District and let them know why you will not shop there.

2) NEVER AGAIN VOTE FOR SCOTT TAYLOR FOR ANY ELECTIVE OFFICE - he has proven that he is not fit to hold any position of authority that affects this City's residents.

To be fair the shopping area at 85 and wornall is one of the shittiest in the civilized part of town. The price chopper is a shit hole and either needs to be torn down or rebuilt. That stretch from 75th street to 85th street is slowly getting better and that price chopper and all that shit needs evolve with it

Why doesn't Price Chopper put out some money to make the area better?
