KANSAS CITY, Mo. - To commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference of Greater Kansas City held a 10-day celebration that culminated with a mass celebration. Ahead of that event, the SCLC held a forum on mass incarceration.
