Vandals damage display at Plaza cancer survivors park
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Bloch Cancer Survivors Park on the west side of the Country Club Plaza was vandalized this week. Photos taken Thursday show a marker at the park torn from the ground, tiles broken off of a concrete wall and words and fingerprints marring another tile display.
