KC Pet Project: Man heard barking in the woods, found dog had fallen through uncovered manhole
Thanks to KC Pet Project and a good Samaritan who was in the right place at the right time, a small dog is recovering after falling down an uncovered manhole in Kansas City. KC Pet Project said a man was in a wooded area not far from the shelter Sunday when he heard barking nearby.
