ReplyDeleteThe citizens of Waldo have started the movement. Everybody needs to challenge, call city hall out and rebel against city hall.

ReplyDeleteImagine what would happen if a retailer added another 1% to each purchase and pocketed it. They would be prosecuted and jailed. Yet the city somehow takes what is a crime, makes it legal and calls it economic development.
