One of only two worthwhile columnists still writing at The Star, this local pundit shares the last word on one of the biggest upsets of the Midterms. Take a look:
Kevin Yoder was derailed by Trump, but he served Kansas well | The Kansas City Star
Another time under a different president, Keven Yoder could have been re-elected to Congress for decades. President Donald Trump derailed his political career, but the Kansas Republican will still utilize his talents.
Steve is projecting and he's probably still upset about that his Republican credentials were called into question during the midterms.
ReplyDeleteHe's absolutely right. Going with Trump is a losing proposition and Yoder was stupid to do it.
ReplyDeleteSteve is a RINO.
ReplyDeleteWith airhead Sharice in Washington, it won't be six months before the voters in the Kansas 3rd will be desperately wishing for Yoder to return.
ReplyDeleteThe ga ga over the 20-something "democratic socialists" will have even less of a half life than the excitement over electric scooters.
Pelosi has already conned the newbies into thinking that she'll go away in four years.
In politics, four years is forever.
Most of these folks like Davids are one-termers.
ReplyDeleteGoing with Trump is a losing proposition?????? HA HA HA HA Now that's funny. Most other people went with Trump and won!!!!! Yoder was a slacker and he lost because of it, not to mention the queers have all invaded JOCO. RUN THEM OUT!!!!!!
Let's all bow to the know-it-all Jew.
ReplyDeleteAnybody that was in lockstep with Brownback, which Yoder was, did not serve Kansas well. Speaking of Yoder, I drove past his office in downtown Overland Park yesterday and it gave me a chuckle knowing that place was empty now. Now we need to get rid of the rest of the far right Republican crime syndicate in this state.
ReplyDeleteNever got Tony's bronmance with Steve Rose. The guy has incorrectly called virtually every race in Kansas - remember him picking Orman?
ReplyDeleteHave you noticed that since the "Blue Wave" has happened that the value of the stock market has dropped dramatically? The people with the money are taking it out of the market. They will not be funding the "Blues". They will put their funds in off shore investments. You should also notice that Ford and GM have announced massive layoffs in the US.
ReplyDeleteSteve Rose and the Millenials and the Illegal Immigrants are the reason. Do you think this is not the result of the election? The people that give us the LGBTQ community, the term gentrification and the Bernie Sanders Socialists, the Sharice Davids and AOC free this and free that are the ones responsible and maybe they will learn their lesson that you have to be part of the economy not a drag on the economy. However I doubt it.
^^^ interesting.......
ReplyDeleteThe local media never vetted her or asked questions, not to mention that he campain was financed by outside money. She's never lived in this area and has never voted in any local election. She's using her mom's address in Mission claiming that is her residence. She'll be in lock step with Pelosi on every vote. I find it amazing how Rose and The Falling Star comes out with this article about Yoder but had nothing good to say about him during the election. Remember you get what you voted for!
ReplyDeleteSteve should move to Venezuela.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Yoder Voter... LOL.
ReplyDeleteI trust Charice... LOL.
Charice had the better slogan... so she won.
Yoder is a putz... ran a terrible campaign and is in the Koch brothers pocket. He deserved to lose.
Charice is going to demonstrate her incompetence and communist values... but you will have to dig deep to find out what she is up to... the press will cover for her.
Hey 905. Add @1042 to the list of people responsible for our lost value in the stock market.
ReplyDelete@ 10:42 here is a slogan just for YOU! Stupid is and Stupid does (nothing). Now quit playing on the computer and come up from my basement and empty the trash.
ReplyDeleteYour, Mother
How long ago did Forrest Gump come out? Wasn't he named after the rich white Klansman Bedford Forrest who started the KKK?
ReplyDeleteIt’s funnier than shiotttt that David’s got elected, Johnson County deserves her since they are pompous ignorants.
ReplyDeleteSteve Rose will be the next woman in JoCo to publicly switch to the Democratic Party.
ReplyDeleteA lot of people in the tech industry were opposed to Yoder, and for good reason.
ReplyDeleteWatching Yoder go down was a blast.
Yoder was a RINO who lost out to a leftest. If he was Trumpian Rose would be cheering his defeat. He was not derailed by Trump but his own ambiguous stance on things.
ReplyDeleteBULLSHIT. Yoder lost because he kept voting to submarine healthcare. I called him three times at the behest of AARP to ask him to vote AGAINST changes to law that would bring back pre-existing condition clauses. All three times he voted FOR insurance company interests and not human interests. This Yoder voter changed parties for that reason. "It's the healthcare, STUPID!"
ReplyDelete8:07, your antisemitism is showing. PS your messiah was king of nothing. Phoney! Mama wasn't a virgin, either.
