  1. I'm glad the progressive republicans are helping the working poor in the big cities. When you start taxing a workers wage from the first dollar they make, that is regressive. So much for progressive democrats.

  4. ^^You can always leave the country if you think it's too much of a burden. Taxes are low hanging fruit. Complaining about them is rote and unbecoming. Be better, or be gone!

  5. ^^^STFU, I'm just pointing out that we are constantly being separated from our money by people who have no idea about fiscal responsibility.

  6. KCMO needs to be downsized. There is no reason they have a $1.6 Billion budget. The general slush fund is used for spending which by no means would be supported by a majority of the KCMO population.
    -A City Owned Grocery Store.
-A Street Car which does not collect fees, and was extended against the Popular vote in KCMO.
-A Board of Directors for the Jazz Museum
    -18th and Vine
-Various anti crime groups which are totally ineffective
    - Huge Pork expenses which have made the cost of the Airport prohibitive.
A thorough performance review and reorg of the city is desperately needed.

  7. ^^and you do chump? Please your candy-ass is on a blog crying about taxes!! You're no financial wizard and have zero fiscal acumen. The rich don't complain about their taxes because thy're smart enough to avoid them. Taxes are for dummies like you. Go away..doesn't your shift at the glory hole start soon?

  10. @2:30 My guess is you are not upset about taxes, because you hardly pay any. You have to have a job that pays real money, a home, and a family to understand the burden of high taxes. When you move out of Mom's basement, get a full time job, and start dating, come back and tell us then. Until then kindly shut your millennial mouth, you retarded neckbeard.

  11. How many baboons on the Jazz Museum's board of directors are we paying for?

    ReplyDelete
  12. ^^^you seem really retarded. I guess your upset about taxes because you don't make enough to afford them. Instead of crying about them on a blog in the middle of the day, your lazy ass should get to work. Please don't come back & tell us anything as you are likely retarded and incapable of express anything. Your previous posts are proof of that.

  13. "The rich don't complain about their taxes because thy're smart enough to avoid them." No: the rich don't complain about taxes because they have more than enough money to pay them without sacrificing anything else. The rich don't understand why the poor can't just lay off one of their butlers if taxes strain the budget.

    ReplyDelete
  14. @3:02 Excuse me but the rich pay the majority of the taxes in this country any way you care to slice it. They pay more in net and by percentage. If you make less than $24K a year, you likely don't pay ANY federal income tax. It you are married with 2 kids and have a household income of less than $60K a year, you likely get more back in benefits than you pay the federal government.
And it isn't really poor people complaining about high taxes, it is the wealthy so your post doesn't make any sense.
Go sell that class envy shit on campus where professors teach Marx to suburban douchebags.

  15. KC voters get what they voted for. Had a chance to dump E-tax recently, but didn't. Voted for democrats whose record of tax and spend extends over decades. If Sly could have gotten the pre-K tax on the ballot, it would probably have passed.

  16. 3:27 bravo sir! You are absolutely correct!

  17. How many times is this thing getting voted on? It’s good for 5 or 10 years but sLIE seems to think we should vote on it every couple years, why? Because he’s scamming other things into the tax, it’s supposed to be for safety but he’s added things to benefit his wish list, completely negating it’s original intended purpose

  18. 2:04 we have the tenth highest cell phone tax in the country, Kansas is 12th, enough is enough
