  4. PTSD seems to be an all purpose excuse to prevent anybody being personally responsible for bad behavior. Most likely, the police officer was wacko before she became a cop.

  6. Hell with the way we have to dodge nut cases and crime in K.C. It's no wonder that we all don't have PTSD.

    The cops see so much crap in a days work how they all don't break down is beyond me.
