2 brothers charged in fatal shooting Saturday near 55th, Prospect

Two brothers were charged Friday in the fatal shooting of a man near 55th Street and Prospect Avenue over the weekend. Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker charged Steven T. Kelow, 20, and Corey Richardson, 27, with second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of Cornell A. Reed.
