  2. That does sound pretty fishy. If a doctor is willing to get on the stand and testify to the validity of the ER trip for injuries sustained from an incident, and the parents are able to prove those injuries occurred on the school grounds, I'd say open and shut. That said, if you're injured and have to go to the ER, pretend you can't communicate with the nursing staff or have a golden parachute level insurance. A small ER trip will eff you up.

  6. I may not be an attorney, but I have plenty of opinions, as does geezer-crap-eater; and I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night. However, 9:43, you've clearly never been on a jury, or if you were, you sided with whatever the women told you to rather than actually pay attention to arguments. Sounds to me like 9:28 presented it from a jurors perspective.
