  1. ANOTHER $13 million for "improvements" east of Troost, but the source of the funds has not been identified.
    If you're a resident of KCMO, the source of the funds will be YOU.
    Again.
    And part of the "plan" is to "combat gentrification", which actually means fight efforts to improve property values, and is exactly the OPPOSITE of other efforts that KCMO city government has undertaken.
    And, of course, any funds that are headed for east side efforts will have to be "handled" by the usual suspects, so by the time any of that money could actually be spent on much of anything, "fees" will have already reduced it by at least half.
    Tax money being converted into thin air.
    Let's continue that great tradition!

    I'll bet the Negro Leagues Museum is raising funds for more parking space or a larger facility because of the hundreds and thousands of fascinated visitors they get week after week..........BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (snort, chuckle).
