KANSAS CITY CHIEFS QB PATRICK MAHOMES EXPLODES WITH HISTORIC BLOWOUT WIN AGAINST RAIDERS!!!

He's the "King of Ketchup" and Patrick Mahomes is now a bonafide sensation not only among the fanboys in Kansas City but also among football followers across the nation.

Context on that lead image . . . Not so long ago Saatchi & Saatchi devised this ketchup advert that's probably more relevant than local news helping the beloved local star get one of his first big endorsement deals.

Just a bit of salt to flavor the otherwise bland serving of KC talkers heaping praise upon the noob in order to live vicariously through the achievements of one of their superiors . . .

- The Raiders were absolutely pitiful and seemed to be eager to simply end the season.

- Questions about the defense remain unanswered.

- Closer football watchers might realize that Patrick Mahomes has been effectively commandeered as part of NFL marketing overall and his sensational highlights reel and overwhelming fanboy love helps manufacture a bit of excitement into an otherwise undramatic competition among the same old teams.

Nevertheless, here's some of the best news links we're checking on the topic for further debate and or defense of program & control content that keeps adult males mostly neutralized during non-work hours . . .

This is very important to me and my life. I'm very happy for the quarterback, the organization and the fans. Hope that this helps KC benefit both economically and culturally.

Great game. Going to be fun watching all doubters eat crow during the playoffs. Hope you have a good appetite.

This is VERY important. Much more important than that 4 year old getting shot today. I'm sure the news will dedicate the time in their broadcasts accordingly.

Gesh you people need to get our of your depression. It was very much a historic game. The Arrowhead Addict article is the only one that really captures what happened. This is KC with a legitimate shot at the Super Bowl. IF you don't think that's a big deal then you don't really like football, which is fine. But don't try to ruin it for everyone else.

^^^^ Grow up Gobi. It's a game and you're a sucker if you can't see the pointlessness in all of it. The Chiefs never make the Super bowl. It's just a marketing gimmick.

Ask the Chiefs for a home loan. See what they tell you.

It's weird that people say that KC is so racist BUT one of the most popular people in our city is a bi-racial guy who has a funky rasta hair do. Makes you think we're making progress after all.

I don't want jack from the Chiefs but I wish they would stop asking for government subsidies every year. That taxpayers give them millions and the impact of the revenue the team generates is questionable at best.

I’m happy for the boy, but that defense.............

I don't understand why the defense is getting such high marks but look who they were up against. It's good practice but that is all.

Yes it is. Quit pretending you give a fuck about any kid shot. You don’t and we know it. We’re talking football here not murder so go fuck off!

^^^^ Absolutely agree. Plenty of other posts for that petty political junk. Good call @8:32

Got the wife and kid's into their post game Chiefs wind breakers. As we left the stadium we saluted the flag, then headed to our Red SUV. The boys put the Chiefs flags on the mirrors, and were rewarded with soda in Chiefs red cups. As we head home replays of the match are on the video screens in our Red SUV. Post game analysis in on the radio. The wife is preparing Chiefs cold cuts with Mahomes Ketchup as we join the caravan on the freeway. Upon arriving home the Chiefs flag will be hoisted out front, and the kids will go to bed in their Chiefs room, on Chiefs beds, with Chiefs blankets and pillow cases.

I would love to see the Chef's go to the Super Bowl and the team did improve on reducing penalties BUT you're kidding yourself if you think even Patrick Mahomes can get that far with a defense that will not tackle properly. All they do is push against opposing players and hope they fall down. Several over 10 yard runs today by the Raiders. Better teams with a defense will crush the Chef's in the first game of the playoffs.

Saying you’re not a Chiefs fan, is like telling people you like to suck dick.

I have never been a football fan and I’m still not, but Mahomes is an incredible player, especially for his age, and KC is lucky to have him. I also like that he seems like a pretty humble guy who’s loving life.

Better than giving it to 18th & Vine or Sly’s Developer friends

I can't believe people are obsessed with the NFL, and the Anti-American rhetoric they shove down our throats by letting spoiled brats who make millions at the expense of cop killing and hatred! What scum!
