There were some eerie coincidences in his recent and probably career ending injury, even worse, he had some serious complications following surgery. Now we thank this local blog for a nice news Sunday update:
Former Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith is finally out of the hospital
News emerged earlier this month that former Kansas City Chiefs and current Washington Redskins quarterback Alex Smith was still in the hospital due to complications from surgery on his leg. Some began questioning whether his career was over. Smith suffered a broken tibia and fibula back in late November.
Alex is a class act KC is pulling for you.
