Blue Wave Continues In Kansas: Mission Hills Political Lady Switches Teams!!!

Hardline tactics in the Sunflower State from the GOP have sparked payback and possibly a hint that cracking down on ladies within the party is a bad idea. Take a look:

Kansas lawmaker disciplined by GOP leader becomes Democrat

A Kansas lawmaker who was stripped of a committee leadership post after endorsing Democratic Gov.-elect Laura Kelly's campaign has switched to the Democratic Party. State Sen. Barbara Bollier of Mission Hills said Wednesday that the Republican Party no longer represents her values. Bollier said she had been a registered Republican for nearly 43 years.

  1. So she joins the latest version of the Democratic Party that's in the process of being taken over by make-believe "democratic socialists", mostly clueless 20-somethings, who will look at her as an elderly has-been and a Mission Hills resident who wonderfully represents the white privilege and income inequality they so roundly despise.
    Good move!
    She should be really influential!

  2. Do the extreme left wing policies of the current Democratic party represent her values? Does she realize that liberals hate one percenters like her?

  5. When Phil Gramm became a Republican, he resigned his Senate seat and ran for that office all over again. Will this turncoat do the same?

  6. @ 241. No she will not but it doesn't matter as the folks in Mission Hills will not support her as a democrat, the stupid women that have never worked a day in their life might however. Babs has lost her luster and is going on the scrap heap next election. She supports the women's lib movement and the gay agenda.
Time to find a man to fill that seat. Maybe George Brett!

  7. Good riddance to the old fucking bitch

  8. Make up your mind, @3:21, do you want a Man or George Brett?

  10. Barbara is laying the groundwork to run against Sharice in 2 years.

  11. She claims that when republicans voted to support a position of "There are only two genders, male and Female" that she could no longer support the republicans.
I would like to know if there are additional genders that she recognizes and is there a shred of scientific proof to support her position?
    What an idiot!

  12. GOOD! That's what she always really was. I remain nauseous that I live in her district. She is a horrible liberal that wants my guns and my money. I think the above comment that she's prepping for a run against Sharice is probably right.

    1. Then she better start researching her Indian ancestors and practicing her muff dive if she’s gonna beat Sharice. A rich, white heterosexual from Mission Hills isn’t gonna appeal to the Dims.

  13. The crazy woman should not represent us. I am a Republican committeewoman, and I would have refused to campaign for her in my precinct in 2020. What was she thinking when she endorsed and then even made a commercial for a Democratic candidate? Did she think she was going to be able to do that without some consequences?

  14. Good riddance! Maybe she'll take Tom Cox, the attention whoring Stephanie Clayton and a few other JoCo RINOs with her. The bitch isn't even a real Kansan, she's a transplanted New Yoaker.
