WOMAN FOUND BRUTALLY MURDERED NEAR KANSAS CITY ROANOKE PARK HAD PROTECTION ORDER AGAINST HUSBAND NOW SUSPECTED IN HER HOMICIDE!!!



The latest update on a horrific Midtown Kansas City homicide scene that terrified morning walkers this week and marked the 113th homicide so far in 2018.

Fox4: Prosecutors filed charges Thursday against a Kansas City Kan., man they said killed his wife then left her body near Roanoke Park earlier this week.

According to court records, Kansas City, MO, police responded to Roanoke and Madison in Kansas City on a report of a dead body. They found the victim's body. She had obvious head injuries. They also found in her pocket an order of protection with her and the defendant's name on it. Witnesses told police they were seen or heard together hours before her death. A witness also saw the defendant with bloody pants. Police found bloody clothing in a room where the defendant had been staying.

The defendant is currently in custody in Wyandotte County, Kan.

Prosecutors requested a bond of $300,000 cash.
