Man alleges asbestos exposure at locations in Kansas City caused cancer
ST. LOUIS - A man alleges exposure to asbestos in the 1970s caused him to develop lung cancer. Lester Riley and Alyce Riley filed a complaint on Nov. 13 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against the Dow Chemical Co., et al. alleging negligence and other counts.
