Newsflash: Black Voters Rejected 'Dixie Claire' McCaskill And Rightfully So

Our KICK-ASS TKC blog community TALKED THIS TOPIC A WEEK AGO and now it's "news" that somebody actually had to print on dead trees . . . Take a look at a cleaned up version of a truism that has been repackaged as local propaganda . . .

MO Reps. Cleaver, Clay say Dems failed to reach black voters | The Kansas City Star

Sen. Claire McCaskill and Democratic Party officials lost a winnable race in Missouri because theyignored the advice of the state's African American leaders, Reps. Emanuel Cleaver and William Lacy Clay charged.

  1. Thank you Black voters.

But TKC has this one wrong.

It's actually the congressman trying to explain his inability to deliver votes. And that will further lessen his importance in the House.

  2. Rename the hwy of death, 71 hwy, to MLK hwy.

  3. And if there was a shred of truth to this, who do they think those supposedly-unreached black voters pulled a lever for? Hawley?

    Bullshit story AND delivery.

  4. The truth is that black voters only really show up to vote black candidates. Now that is racism. We need to have a discussion on black racism someday.

  5. Sound like Cleaver is making some nasty racist comments! Maybe the black voter didn't like Claire!

  6. As a life long Democrat it is hard to watch what is happening to my party. Cleaver is just plain wrong and he is the one that is pandering to his base. Missouri has never been a progressive state, and we are a decade or more from that happening. At best we were considered purple, and only centrist Democrats could win a state wide vote. Sure, there is annecdotal evidence that in the urban core some black voters didn’t turn out, but don’t sell that as anti-Claire. Voters that chose not to come out may have as well voted Hawley. Cleaver failed to get the vote out, and he refuses take responsibility for HIS leadership failure. If voters stayed home intentionally those voters deserve what they get. Cleaver failed. The Republicans have firmly entrenched their party in this state and those like Cleaver don’t understand the demographics in Missouri. Sure, he can win in his district. If he’s so sure his assumptions are correct let him run for a seat that has a statewide vote base. Cleaver has not ever faced a statewide election, but seems to be an expert at it now. The only good that has come out of this mess is I’m retiring this year and taking my pension and savings to another state to spend.

  7. ^^^^^8:54 then explain how candidates like Davids and Rui Xu and that gay ass teacher from Shawnee facing charges from butt fucking a kid get elected?

Sounds to me as a democrat you like what is happening to your party and that is why you support it and that is how this trash in getting into office.

  8. From the article: “I don’t know why a statewide Democrat would really want to do the work of courting a lot of the rural vote.” And that, my friends, is why she lost. She ran as a non-rural moderate Democrat, and anyone with any sense knows she's as left of center as Democrats Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. She voted with Trump on any cabinet member with local ties, but against Kavanaugh on partisan grounds. Missourians rejected her because she diluted and real claims of sexual violence by using Blasey-Ford's false claims as a fake reason to vote against Kavanaugh. Had Obama put forth a Kavanaugh, and sexual allegations were made against that candidate, she would have discounted those allegations as easily as she gave credibility to those against Trump's nominee.

  9. The Democrat/Tribal/Identity party hates white people and they didn't vote for her. Currently, at least until whites are replaced, their were too many whites who voted against her.

One day, MAYBE, white people will wake up and see how much Democrats hate them.

The party of victim-hood, has a strict hierarchy.

    Black women
    Black men
    Brown women
    Brown men
    Jewish women
    Jewish men
    White women.

Add in Gay or Tranny to any of the above for extra points.

  10. 8:59: Maybe it was because Claire was running in Missouri and all the races you mentioned were in Kansas.

  11. Well, I guess they (and the rest of us) will see how we like having no-talent, useless little piece of shit for a Senator the next six years, unless he (and I use that term questionably) starts campaigning for a Cabinet Position on January 2nd and resigns the Senate after a month.

  12. 9:59 what does that mean? A democrap is a democrap no matter what state they are in.

  13. When you don't do anything for the urban core, what do you expect?

    ReplyDelete
  14. @ 10:02 I'd rather have a no-talent POS senator who respects the constitution than the POS who was in office and didn't. Claire would have had to vote with her party on issues affecting the constitution, baby killing (if the left can call crimes committed with guns, "gun violence," I can call abortion baby killing, because that's exactly what it is), border control, immigration, healthcare, etc. So, the lesser of two evils. Besides, no one will ever accuse Josh of overstaying his welcome if he is moving on up.

  16. she was hoist by her own petard.

by posing as a country schoolteacher with a sanctimonious persona, she may well have appeared unlikeable to many electoral blocks.

  17. Look, if she had done one--one!--courageous thing like voting for the Supreme Court nominees or the tax cut or calling out the lynch mob types, she could have won.

She either really is a lefty or really is too dumb to be independent.

    She's gone now.

  18. It's much tougher for Democrats to win state wide or national elections. They need to pander to all the grievance groups in a large area equally, but there are only so many hours in the day and days in the week. McCaskill spend so much time pandering to the femiNazis that she ended up under-pandering to the black bloc. Of course, if she had given the latter their preferred pander level, then the fems would have felt neglected. What's a poor Dem to do? Maybe they can create look alike robots by 2020, so that they can pander in several places at the same time.

  19. said it before -- black females won't get off the couch to vote for no blonde White wimmins.

  22. hawley is no aiken, thank goodness, but he's not a dynamic campaigner either.

hope he becomes a danforth, classy lifer place-holder however.

  23. TEAM CLAIRE DEMOCRATS ARE RACIST for pinning her loss on urban voters.

  24. I found it disturbing that Cleavage did not have to run TV ads to support his win. We should all question candidates more closely that have no fear of losing.

  25. Maybe McCaskill thinks Cleaver is one of those crazy Democrats.
