More Deets On Trendy Kansas City Crossroads Hipster Foodie Hall

Reworking the cafeteria for the NEXTGEN . . . Will it work???

Here's another optimistic take:

Crossroads restaurant takes food court concept and brings it home

The concept of the food court conjures up images of shopping malls, teenagers and a bustling atmosphere. A new business at 1707 Locust Street in the Crossroads aims to change that perception, with a home-like feel and options that almost anyone can agree on.

  1. Went to Parlor last week and it was pretty cool. It's a very big space so will be interesting to see how profitable it will be on a dead night but I had a good time

  11. I've been here numerous times. Monday is legit because they have all day happy hour and you can get $2 Coors banquets. My favorite restaurant in here is this place called Karbon, sort of middle Eastern style food. Get the empanadas, or the corn on the cob.
