With the exception of Jackson County, there has been very little real leadership on this issue from statewide officials and no clear plan for how to grant access for patients who might benefit from the alternative therapy . . . Meanwhile, all of the loopholes delight not only stoners but skeptics of mostly corrupt Show-Me State government.

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- The clock is ticking on medical marijuana in Missouri, but there's still a lot people don't know. Here's more about the grey areas and what will have to be figured out quickly. Constitutional amendments go into effect on Dec. 6, but it won't be legal by then.
