KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The same conditions making roads dangerous are also causing slick sidewalks. But not everyone is rushing to pick up a shovel. 41 Action News found a patchwork of ice and snow covering paths on both sides of the state line.

  13. I disagree; we are some of the youngest folks on our block and the only one with a snow thrower; we have cleared sidewalks and driveways for years and everyone is grateful; we don't expect anything, its just the neighborly thing to do

  14. We would shovel our sidewalks if we had any. Even the places that have a sidewalk don't bother, leaving people to walk in the street. And we live in KCMO where we can see City Hall.
