Exiting her daughter's apartment building on a recent Sunday, Janet Korte spotted something that looked just like the motorless Razor scooters her children loved to ride. "So I thought, 'This'll be a piece of cake,'" said Korte, 52, who was visiting Kansas City from Wichita.

  4. I think they look kind of wobbly and a tall center of gravity. My phone didn't have room for the lime app or else I was going to ride one for free on election day. I think a bike a lot easier to ride. Those scooters are surprisingly powerful enough to climb hills I saw one making its way up to hospital hill on gillham once.
