Kansas City New Tech Bus Lesson



As the era of apps & lower expectations confronts us . . . Here's a glimpse at a bus riding lesson that our readers can gleefully forward to friends, youngsters and all the denizens of the creative class suffering car problems this coming winter.

A much more optimistic description:

"The Student Pass Program is a partnership between KCATA, Kansas City Public Schools, Hickman Mills School District and Center Public School District to give 9th through 12th graders free access to public transportation throughout the region. The one-year pilot launched at 12 schools allows thousands of students to connect to jobs, internships, extracurricular activities, shopping and WiFi hotspots."
