Kansas City Creative Class Career Path Tech Help Wanted: Electric Scooter Charger

The Atlantic filed pretty much this same report back in the Spring . . . Here's a look at hipsters mistakenly thinking that people don't read. Moreover, it's also kinda funny that The Pitch is offering career advice on another struggling enterprise that's proving unprofitable in the long run . . .

Life as a Bird bounty hunter in Kansas City

Chase Castor The sun's down, and we're prowling the darkened streets of Kansas City in a small sedan, stalking our prey. We've got flashlights, and we've got cell phones. Little green, yellow, and red dots light up the map on the Bird app, guiding us on our hunt.

  1. Since Bird cut the "wage" for charging almost in half looks like chargers are jumping ship.

  3. The losers are crying over trump again? Did you see what they did to Tucker Carlsons house last night? Trump did nothing wrong. This "investigation" is a witch hunt. How many years do they want? There is no collusion, and if there was we would know by now.

  4. ^^^^

This will go on for as many years as Trump in office to tie his hands on things that matter and spend America's money on things that don't matter.

Their objective is to keep Trump from doing anything constructive! They are jealous of him and scared. Trump basically rained on their dreams of globalism Gov. control.

  5. Toy Train and scooters, what's it really all about?

It's part of a longer-term experiment, of sorts, to convince young adults to give up personal vehicles.

KCMO political leadership is pushing this Smart City Urban initiative via partnerships and consultants from out-of-town.

The end result is a population largely confined within a specified boundary where their economic masters can more easily milk their labor and resources. And it's all done under the guise of voluntary commitment.

    1. +100 Barney absolutely nails it. You're paying them for the privilege of keeping their scooters up and running. NO THANKS.

  7. Would not be advisable to touch any of those scooters as no one knows where the soy boys and hipsters have had their hands.

  8. Didn't you mean to write where they've had their handles?

  9. I would be afraid of a scooter being used as a set up to commit a crime on the charger person.
