Peggy Breit/KMBC SOURCE: Peggy Breit/KMBC The Kansas City Police Department is investigating after a person was found dead in a wheelchair in Brush Creek Wednesday. Police said officers were called to Brush Creek near Cleaver II and Benton Boulevard around 2:50 p.m.
