Firefighter hurt after fire at Northland auto shop

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- A firefighter was sent to the hospital after a fire at a Kansas City auto shop. It happened about 3 a.m. Wednesday at Todd's Auto Repair at Northeast Vivion and Antioch roads. That firefighter is expected to be OK. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Missouri's Department of Conservation says the Kansas City region appears to be primed for spectacular fall color this autumn. Why? Community forester Wendy Sangster says you can credit recent rain and cooler than average temperatures for potentially the best fall color in Kansas City in a number of years.
