KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- One person is in custody as police search for more suspects after shots were fired outside Shake Shack on County Club Plaza. It happened just before noon Tuesday near 47th and Jefferson streets. Officers responded quickly and were able to get at least one man in custody.

Here's the problem with your missive. You are part of the problem being unwilling to id the problem. Yes, jails are diverse. Crime in the white community is immediately punished by other whites. Crime in the Mexican community is punished by whites because they recognize the bureaucratic authority they don't really have on their own. Crime in the black community is encouraged by other blacks in their upbringing. When whites come in to punish the law breakers , they are met with protests and violence fron the very community members they are trying to protect by removing that criminal element. THAT is the problem, not some failure to talk about criminals.
