Korb Maxwell, a Kansas City attorney working with the developer, told the City Council on Monday night that the required development milestones are being met.

Troostapalooza, a festival hosted by the Troost Street Collective, is from noon to 7 p.m. at 30th Street and Troost Avenue. The family-friendly fest will have performances (The Phantastics, Marcus Lewis Big Band), a pop-up craft fair, pickleball, skateboard demonstrations and food trucks (Urban Café, Pita for Good).

  4. In the case of the Mission "development", the attorney recently stated that "the required development milestones were being met".
    Which, from the photo, apparently means that after 11 years, there's now one front end loader on site.
    Maybe he meant development "millstones".
    More momentum!
