Two Mexican nationals are facing federal charges as part of an investigation that discovered a nearly $10 million marijuana grow operation in Daviess County. Sergio Medina-Perez, also known as "Chapo," 44, and Miguel Pulido-Maldonado, also known as "Mona," 27, faced a federal judge Wednesday in Kansas City.
