Award for Kansas City officer who shot, killed man in 2013 rescinded, police say
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- An award given to a Kansas City police officer who shot and killed a man in 2013 was recently rescinded, police said Monday. Officer William Thompson and his partner received a certificate of commendation after the fatal shooting of Ryan Stokes on July 28, 2013.
If I was that cop . I would wipe my ass with that certificate and give it back to the board. I’m glad they wasted the criminal.
