It's just another enhancement of the taxpayer-subsidized downtown KCMO amusement park already bustling with THE streetcar, TWO kinds of motorized scooters, high-tech kiosks, and other toys to keep people entertained.

TKC, even you are just not creative enough to fully grasp the majesty of Sly's vision for the city.
