KCPD Update Westport Art Fair 'STRIKE' Girl Fight Report And Now Say They Didn't Smack Down Angry Kansas City Lady
As usual, a social media sensation turns out to be nothing JUST AS OUR TKC BLOG COMMUNITY PREDICTED . . . Apparently, the fighting gorditas chubby broads didn't want any part of a culture war crusade and so police now say that nothing happened.
“In an attempt to break the grip one female had on the other, one officer attempted a downward wrist strike,” Colón said in a written statement. “The female released her grip causing her to fall off the curb. At no time did the officer actually make contact with her.”
Officers are trained in the technique the officer used, Colón said. No injuries were reported. No criminal complaints were filed and “the mutually fighting women . . . went their separate ways,” he said.

A Kansas City police investigation shows officers did nothing wrong by breaking up a fight in Westport over the weekend. A video circulating online -- with more than 200,000 views -- shows two officers breaking up a fight between two women. In the video, a KCPD officer attempts a downward wrist-strike to get one woman to release her grip.
I thought Alissia Canady was screaming that it was police brutality. Kinda like when you see her fighting her way to the all you can eat buffet.
