Amid the inevitable outrage, shareholders might wonder if any of these CEOs called out by social justice warriors and activists might consider reinvesting some of their profits into better public relations rather than allowing tone-deaf execs to spout off and sink the profit taking.

  3. I believe that businesses should be able to make a REASONABLE profit. However it's like when a hurricane hits and gas stations raise prices there are consequences by law. Life sustaining items, food, clothing, shelter, fuel and drugs should have safeguards from these unreasonable hikes. CEO's of companies that pursue this irrational greed should held accountable and be punished by law. That would put an end to this nonsense.

  6. I have to take a pill that is maybe an 1/8th inch in diameter which costs $16.50 a day. I was taking it twice a day at double the cost. Now I do know some pay more than that per day for pills but I'd like one of these drug CEO's to come to say a restaurant I might own so they could order say a $45 steak so I could set in front of them a steak 1/16th of an inch thick and 1/8th an inch in diameter. I would look them in the eye and say screw me and I will screw you back, enjoy your meal.

  7. I though Trump was going to do something about "Pharma" What happened? Why didn't he? Why did he lie to us? He promised the drug companies weren't going to do this any more.

  8. Your Trump hating is so fucking old and stupid. Trump is doing a lot of good but he isn't going to be able to solve everything overnight. And jackasses like you don't help matters with your negative dumbass remarks all the time.

  9. Boy, I wish big government would stay out of business. They regulate everything. Let this guy maximize profits. This is just good capitalistic principles, right?

  10. Why hasn't Trump kept his promise to do something about big pharma? He's been on the job two years now. When will he do something? Maybe he should quit going to rallies and maybe do something? He promised!

  12. Donald Trump has not Kept his promise to the Americans who voted for him. Why does he hurt the people who elected him? This just doesn't make sense! I know he promised to end the carnage in our American cities on day 1 of his administration, I figured that was a lie. I hoped he would build a wall and have Mexico pay for it, but that also was a lie. I figured we would get a big beautiful replacement for Obamacare like he promised, but sadly there is not one. I believed him when he said he was smarter than the generals and that he would defeat ISIS in 30 days, but ISIS is still in power. Why would he lie about that?

He's too busy golfing and going to self affirmation rallies.

  16. May 30, 2018: Major pharmaceutical companies will announce “voluntary, massive” cuts in drug prices in two weeks, President Donald Trump said Wednesday, without providing details.

“We’re also working very hard at getting the cost of medicine down, and I think people are going to start to see for the first time ever in this country a major drop in the cost of prescription drugs,”

What happened to the massive drug sale scheduled for June?
