Amid Kansas City Steady Homicide Spike 2018: Is Brookside Still A Good Buy?!?!

Our favorite real estate agent blog seems to think so . . .

Home Sales Prices Holding Steady in Brookside - At Home in Kansas City with Sarah Snodgrass

by Sarah Snodgrass · September 14th, 2018 · Filed Under Featured Homes + Neighborhoods · No Comments Sales prices are holding steady in Brookside as the current real estate market begins to calm down a bit. The homes under $200,000 are still very competitive (due to low supply, very high demand), but otherwise the market seems calmer than it has the last couple years.

  3. Bad schools and on the edge of the kill zone. Also full of libs. Brookside was never a "good" buy.

  4. I don't know about that I'm a Republican and so is my neighbor. I've also seen some Republican signs on wornall and in Waldo. The homes in my area sell in about a weeks time and that's long. No blacks no shootings no break ins.

I look to make a huge profit when I finish my house in the Brookside area and I'm sure I will with what I've seen sell out there.

A bad buy is in the Hyde Park area those people can't even break even and some are selling after living there for a year or less.

  5. I have fucked a lot of married women in Brookside. They seem to be generally nicer than all the married Leawood women I have fucked.

  9. The worst thing about Brookside is its lack of consistency ... two very nice houses, then a dump. They need to enforce codes better. Also, paying that much for a house, then sitting on hold for 15 minutes with 911 while you’re being robbed.
