Three alleged murderers from two separate incidents in Kansas City were granted lower bonds on Wednesday and are all likely to be released, according to Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker. Christopher L. Jones, 37, and Markell Pinkins, 22, face second-degree murder and other charges in the killing of Kevin Thomas, 45.
