The race for the Kansas 3rd District could become a popularity contest that is a disservice to voters. More than anything our blog community thinks that A REAL DEBATE ABOUT POLICY is more important than identity politics.
And so, here's Congressman Yoder calling out his opposition on her legislative ideas.
Checkit:
The ad exposes the extreme policy positions espoused on the campaign trail by Yoder's opponent Sharice Davids, including abolishing ICE, supporting Nancy Pelosi and Democratic Majority leadership in the House of Representatives, and advocating for legislation that would convert America's health care system to a European-style single payer system.
H.R. 676, the single payer health care bill supported by Davids, would ban all private health insurance, force everyone onto a mandatory government health care program, and more than double our federal taxes to pay for the $32 trillion cost.
"Too Radical" follows Yoder's 2018 campaign kickoff television ad titled "For All of Us," which ran for two weeks in July and described Yoder's upbringing and political philosophy of working together with Republicans and Democrats to remove barriers to success and build a better future for all Americans.
You decide . . .
Don't blame him, she's scary!
ReplyDeleteBet he's got time for a quick "fact finding trip" back to Israel, maybe another nice refreshing skinny dip would relieve some of his terror!
The members of the Lickalotapus tribe are usually extreme in their policy positions.
ReplyDeleteShe is from the Lickahoe tribe
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteI agree with Yoder she's a liberal radical, and her tribe she holds so dear is racist against any one white who works for them in Wisconsin.
She's flipping weird and scary.
Oh and if you like her socialist policy, it's great until you run out of other people's money. ( Quote from Margaret Thatcher)
A pinko indian.
ReplyDeletenierman would have been more competitive, imho.
ReplyDeleteA real debate about policy would be nice. A hit job political ad is not a debate.
ReplyDeleteHowever, Swamp Skinny Dipper Yoder is running scared again and chooses to lie about his opponent's position instead of having a debate (or town hall with constituents). What a shock.
David's position is not to eliminate private health care insurance. She calls universal Medicare a good goal, but other private sector reforms to lower costs is her current platform. She has not called to abolish ICE and hasn't committed to Pelosi either.
Yoder only accomplishments have been adding trillions in deficit spending and a tax scheme to give away trillions more to multi national corporations while raising taxes on the middle class. He voted to take away health care from tens of millions of Americans and failed to make any reforms to what he admits is a broken immigration system. Yoder working together? After all his votes, he even has to lie about his own record.
Don't expect a policy debate from Yoder. Just more naming calling and lies.
Expect even worse anti-women, anti-LGBT, and anti-Native American naming calling from the TKC comments. Just look at the above for proof.
Irony scares me! All dissent from my sacred progressive narrative is hate!! Waaah!
DeleteProud to be a Yoder voter! The squaw belongs somewhere like San Fran.
ReplyDeleteA vote for Yoder is a vote for Trump as Dictator and King.
ReplyDeleteIt's a vote for blind loyalty allowing rampant corruption. with no check and balance. No investigations. No nation of laws.
Three more individuals were found guilty today.
1) Trump's campaign manager found guilty on 8 felony charges.
2) Trump's attorney and fixer plead guilty to campaign finance violations.
3) Trump himself as Cohen named him in his Federal Court plea as the person that directed to break the law.
Trump has now been formally named as committing a crime.
When Mueller's report is finished, impeachment will be required as directed by the Constitution.
Davids would perform that duty.
Yoder will ignore the constitution and his duty.
We don't want Agent Orange impeached because Pence would be so much worse.
ReplyDeleteKevin Yoder was lead sponsor of two legal loopholes that allow in more Third World Immigrants--so our choices are basically in the toilet.
ReplyDeleteOne of Davids' claims of qualification is that she is "an economic development expert".
ReplyDeleteWhat that even means, much less what it has to do with Congress is left for anyone to try to figure out.
Locally, an elected "economic development expert" is someone like Sly and the gang at 12th and Oak who gives away tax breaks, subsidies, TIFs, and even public property to pretty much anyone with a pulse, particularly if the word "streetcar" is included somewhere in their proposal.
Yoder will win by double digits.
Wow! @ 721 you're a real constitutional lawyer there. Have you ever read the constitution. Do you know what the second amendment is or how many amendments there actually are? No? I don't doubt it.
ReplyDeleteDavids is Brent Welder on steroids. She actually speaks better than the gal from New York but is more radical. She is a Lesbian and only is licking Nancy Pelosi.
She has absolutely no experience. If you look up the White House Fellow program started by LBJ you will find it is a glorified paid intern program. If you owned a business and needed someone to fill your $178000 per year with benefits for life position would you give it to her? No? Because she has no experience.
If you really followed Yoder every week you would find he is very effective as a congressman and you should want him working for you.
Sharice eats a lot of pussy
ReplyDeleteA failed MMA fighter and unremarkable law career don’t add up to Congress. Try school board, planning commission, or city council to launch your political career. I don’t know if she is brave or not but I heard she never met a woman she couldn’t lick!
ReplyDeleteA reality TV star doesn't add up to President, but the Greedy Old Perverts had no problem with that. You have forfeited and no longer get to make the experience argument.
ReplyDeleteWow, Bob.
ReplyDeleteDo you know what "absolutely no experience" means? (Hint - None or zero). You pointed out in your next sentence that Davids has worked at the White House. Wow. Reread what "absolutely no experience" means.
Try not to contradict your own arguments.
You are also just wrong that Davids is Wilder on steroids. Welder was the most liberal in the field, endorsed by Bernie Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez. If Davids was more liberal than Welder, they would have campaigned for her instead of holding a rally with Brent. Go compare their two website and it's is clear Davids is the more moderate.
Not only are you wrong, but you are also a knuckle dragging troll (Lesbian licking Nancy... gee, aren't you clever).
I do get the Yoder newsletters to see what the lie of the week is. I have seen enough over the years to know he is the swampiest politician in Kansas by far. Ready with a lie to pander for any group (when he bothers to respond), then votes with the highest bidding lobbyist.
By the way the 2nd amendment guarantees Congress won't infringe on the right to maintain (fire)arms to support a WELL REGULATED MILITIA. Note, gun rights are not extended specially to all individuals or for general self defense or hunting. Legislatures have passed and the Supreme Court has allowed many laws be passed to regulate guns in the history of our country.
Class dismissed Bob.
Expect even worse anti-women, anti-LGBT, and anti-Native American naming calling from the TKC comments. Just look at the above for proof.
ReplyDeleteOK Fuck her!
How's that?
^^^ Nice, keep it up.
ReplyDeleteThe RepubliKKKlans hatred of women and brown people will really turn out the vote in November.
Yoder will appreciate the constant reminders that voting for him is voting to support misogynists and racists. It's time to vote all the Greedy Old Perverts out.
That commercial was garbage and full of bullshit. Pathetic Yoder.
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeletePOS Lesbian want a be socialist, bet she will give out free pink dildos at her next rally....LOSER
WHAT FUCKING POLICIES?
ReplyDeleteHey @ 1231: Typical pick your nose and eat it type. Sharice Davids has absolutely no elected office experience. She has no dog catcher experience, no city council or planning commission or zoning board or water board or sewer board or health board or environmental board or state representative or senator or homes association board or precinct committeewoman or school board or room mother or anything that required her to get elected. So my statement on her experience was 100% true and on point.
ReplyDeleteHer White House Fellow experience is the equivalent of a paid intern (also not an elected position). Oh and by the way it was the Obama White House so it doesn't really count.
You did get your statement about the Second Amendment correct but you failed to realize or answer the question of how many amendments have been made to the constitution, by the way the answer is 27.
I seriously doubt you get Yoder's newsletters because if you did read them honestly you couldn't make the statement about him that you did. Hey pick up those knuckles you are dragging you scumbag. PS I use my name on my posts.
@ 11:14. You are correct Sharice has no elected positions on her resume. So what does qualify her to be elected? Absolutely nothing. I drive around and see her signs, sporadically, and just wonder if the people that support her campaign think it's OK for someone to just jump right into national politics. I agree that it does not qualify her to expect to run for Representative and win when her values are so screwed up in relationship to the voters in the district. Sharice runs on identity only ie: Woman, MMA fighter, White House intern, Lesbian, Native American. I see nothing that says she is qualified.
ReplyDeleteYou said "absolutely no experience". Period.
ReplyDeleteYou did not say "elected". Now you throw that in to cover your ass and try to claim you were correct.
You didn't and you weren't.
BTW, did you vote for a President with absolutely no experience, elected or otherwise? Not an intern, not an attorney - hell, 50% of the time, he's not even a voter.
If political experience was the end all be all, Hillary would beaten Trump in a landslide.
If you voted Trump, you forfeit the use of 'experience is necessary for public office argument'.
