TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! CLASS WARFARE AT KANSAS CITY LOOSE PARK!!! THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE!!!

We reported this earlier on one of our socials but a KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTER was kind enough to grab some pix for us to make it worthy of a feature post . . .

The story:

LOOSE PARK IS THE FLASH POINT OF KANSAS CITY CLASS WARFARE!!! A BEAUTIFUL NEW MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR HOME SUFFERED VANDALISM ATTACK THIS WEEKEND!!!

For those not familiar with Loose Park - It's the epicenter of "the corridor" just South of the Plaza - It's basically Kansas City's Central Park and the homes surrounding it are tasteful old money mansions that house the people who really run this town when the nouveau riche (one generation removed from rural townsfolk) of JoCo aren't busy trying to scheme City Hall to make their SUV payments.

Anyhoo . . . Our blog community got up close & personal to take a closer look at a lot of damage targeting this ostentatious new house and breaking new picture windows.

While petty vandalism impacts nearly every part of Kansas City . . . This bit of targeted attack reveals that Loose Park continues to suffer increased criminal activity. Remember that earlier this year neighbors were begging police for protection.

Moreover . . .

Stagnant wages and fewer Kansas City denizens participating in the Prez Trump bull market has clearly created a cultural divide and the stately manors of Loose Park no longer inspire admiration from the plebeian caste of local residents but instead have incurred their wrath.

  1. it really is a beautiful home. I thought they would have trouble. When it was first completed they had the lights shining bright and you could see into almost every part of the structure from the street. Noticed that they quickly turned the lights down after a few days.

    1. People who live in glass houses?

I think that might apply here.

The house is totally out of character with the rest of the neighborhood, I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be one of their neighbors.

    2. Excuse me TKC, talk about your new money, that's exactly what this house is. Really obvious design and wide open to the public. They should've just built a park benches in front of the toilet. Bad design that is on the receiving end of a bad review. I guess KC really does take architecture seriously.

    3. TKC, please have Jameson school you on socioeconomic statuses because he is absolutely correct and you are painting JoCo with a single broad brush per usual. I would concur that some areas “out south” fit your snarky, nouveau riche stereotype (as do many of the wannabe urbanites downtown), but I don’t think too many residents in NE JoCo (from Westwood Hills to old Leawood) are strapped by car payments.

  2. If they built an El Chapo compound people could at dream of having one of those if they turn enough Amway

  3. They tore down a classic home and built this one on the spot. Why anyone would want a house this expensive by a park with so much activity is beyond my comprehension. Just shows that money doesn't buy good taste.

  4. This has been going in in South America For Years THE wealthy would Drive thirty year old cars SO they would not be a target of Robbers kidnapping Torment. Not all will Benefit From the Trump Era IT would have been worse Under Hillary. And as Tony already knows The house of Cards is going to come tumbling down .ARE you prepared. In the future they will enter your house When you are there. Not just one but mobs. There going for the expense homes first. They won't be robbing in the hood. They are going for the money.

^^^^^^ That is scary. Hope we can all just get along. We need the rich if only to buy all of our stupid junk that poor people are too smart to waste money on!

    1. Rich buying stupid junk? I actually think the poor may win that prize. Have you ever been into one of those “everything is $1” stores?

  8. There should be no problem as this blends in with the surroundings. Neighbors are probably upset because they cannot afford this type of house.

  11. Tony is a loyal, & good, servant to the rich.

I don't feel sorry for rich people, & I especially don't feel sorry if their precious property is vandalized.

They have a police force to protect them while this same police force wages war against the poor.

  12. The honest working poor need more police protection from the dishonest non-working poor than do the wealthy. A wealthy person's Beemer is likely to be insured against theft; he will buy another one. A poor worker's beater Chevy is not likely to be insured against theft; he may not be able to buy another car, and could lose his job because he can't get there. The loss can be devastating.

We need a law permitting the use of deadly force to prevent theft of or damage to valuable property.

    1. That’s a dumb analogy. Better police protection for the poor? I’d be careful suggesting varied protection based on economic status. After all, who pays more taxes, the rich or the poor?

  13. If I'd seen the hoodlums who did this I wouldn't even have called police. I would have just watched. The wealthy get a damaged window and it's a story; if somehow burned down my house no one would care. Geez, Tony. Step up your game, dude.
